She has extensive experience in corporate commercial, banking and finance, TMT and Employment Laws and routinely advises clients from various sectors including, banking and fin-tech, automobile, manufacturing, IT & ITES, e-commerce, F&B, education, and healthcare. With the advantage of having in-house experience and closely working with business teams, Natasha is able to understand the commercial requirements and provide practical solutions to navigate through negotiations for the closure of deals.
