Abhishek has over 11 years of experience and heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice of the firm. He holds an LL.M in Admiralty Law from Tulane Law School (New Orleans). His clients include corporates, multi-national shipping, trading, oil & gas, logistics, and insurance companies. He is regularly instructed by leading international law firms and International Group P&I Clubs for representing their clients/members in India. Abhishek also represents senior bureaucrats, HNIs and corporates as Defence Counsel in white-collar crime trials. He has also been appointed as a senior panel counsel by the Ministry of Law and Justice (Government of India). Abhishek has also been part of an American think-tank working in the field of policymaking for the prosecution of pirates internationally.
